Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 7+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for user administration, security management, system configuration, and providing Tier-1 and Tier-2 support. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of the Salesforce platform while enabling business users through efficient configuration and automation.
The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and maintain best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Job Requirements
Experience
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong experience supporting production Salesforce environments.
Core Skills (Must Have)
Salesforce user management and security model.
Roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Tier-1 and Tier-2 support experience.
Salesforce configuration (Flows, approval processes, validation rules).
Troubleshooting and system support.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of Salesforce standard objects and features.
Experience with automation tools (Flow, Workflow Rules).
Knowledge of Salesforce limits and best practices.
Certifications (Required)
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Job Responsibilities
User & Security Management
Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Design and maintain a secure and scalable security model aligned with organizational policies.
Ensure proper access control and data visibility across teams.
Support & Troubleshooting
Handle Tier-1 and Tier-2 support tickets, including configuration-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve system errors, data inconsistencies, and user access problems.
Provide timely resolution and root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Configuration & Automation
Implement and maintain minor Flow changes, approval processes, validation rules, and page layouts.
Configure standard Salesforce features to support evolving business requirements.
Support automation enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
System Maintenance
Monitor system health, performance, and platform usage.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce limits, governance, and best practices.
Perform routine system audits and data quality checks.
Collaboration & Enablement
Work closely with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide training, documentation, and guidance to end-users.
Participate in change management and release activities.
