• Proficiency with AI-augmented tooling for code analysis and generation (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AMPCode, or similar).
• Prompt engineering skills to effectively interact with and guide AI tools.
• Ability to validate and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work on complex, large-scale software modernization projects involving legacy systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with API development and micro-services.
• Proven ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Good understanding of OOP programming vs Structured programming vs event driven programming.

職務内容

Act as the senior engineer in an AI-enabled team, guiding advanced AI agents to safely and efficiently refactor our legacy codebase into modern C# services. Success in this role is not measured by lines of code written, but by the engineer’s ability to orchestrate the AI through a process of discovery, transformation, and validation to achieve a functionally perfect outcome.
This is a role for a process-driven problem-solver, not a traditional hands-on coder.

Responsabilities:

• Actively use AI-augmented tooling to perform surgical analysis of the existing codebase, identify patterns, and extract embedded business logic for migration.
• Validate and refine the output of AI tools to ensure accuracy, functional parity with the legacy system, and compliance with project standards.
• Systematically migrate existing business logic, including UI validation, from the legacy system into the new server-side C# layer.
• Collaborate with the architects / devops / clients to ensure architectural integrity and adherence to the incremental implementation.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers, providing technical guidance and improving our AI enabled development process.
