We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead large engineering teams and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions. The role demands strong technical leadership, business alignment, and ownership of delivery, budget, and stakeholder management in a product-driven environment.

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering with 5–7+ years in senior leadership roles
• Strong experience in Java/J2EE, .NET, Frontend (React/JavaScript)
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture
• Proven experience managing large, distributed engineering teams
• Strong exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, GitHub/GitLab
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Lead and manage multiple engineering teams delivering mission-critical applications
• Drive engineering strategy, architecture decisions, and technical governance
• Own end-to-end delivery including planning, execution, and risk management
• Partner with Product, QA, DevOps, Security, and Business stakeholders
• Manage budgets, billing, revenue assurance, and delivery forecasts
• Lead and support RFP processes, solutioning, and technical proposals
• Define and track KPIs, OKRs, delivery metrics, and team performance
• Hire, mentor, and retain engineering leaders and senior talent
• Drive modernization, refactoring, and platform transformation initiatives
• Promote DevOps culture, CI/CD adoption, and system reliability
