必要条件

• Extensive experience in Java development (Spring Boot) and strong grasp of OOP principles
• Hands‑on expertise in multithreading and asynchronous/reactive programming (e.g. using WebFlux and concurrency models)
• Proven background in microservices architecture and REST API development
• Practical experience with AWS services: ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS
• Strong containerization skills (Docker, Kubernetes or AWS ECS)
• Well‑versed in CI/CD and DevOps practices (pipeline automation)
• Commitment to software engineering best practices: Clean Code, SOLID, DRY, KISS
• Fluent English communication

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Eagerness to learn new technologies with minimal guidance
• Team-player attitude with adaptability to the client’s culture and processes

Good‑to‑Have

• Experience with server-side-rendered frameworks (e.g. Spring MVC, PHP)
• Familiarity with GitLab and GitLab CI/CD
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)

• Translate business requirements into robust backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot
• Design, build, and enhance microservices and RESTful APIs
• Collaborate closely with QA to validate development deliverables
• Investigate and resolve defects, performing root cause analysis
• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews, adhering to Clean Code and SOLID principles
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and follow best development practices
