Customer is a healthcare IT security company. It provides healthcare companies with a platform that addresses critical compliance and security challenges and helps to improve providers’ productivity.

The goal is to create a SaaS product from the ground up in a public cloud framework.

必要条件

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager in a software environment.
  • Experience working with engineering and data science teams delivering analytics or data-driven products
  • Strong understanding of a data product lifecycle, including data ingestion, processing, and validation
  • Ability to write clear, structured requirements including features, stories, and supporting documentation (diagrams, workflows)
  • Experience analyzing datasets and validating product outputs using spreadsheets or similar tools
  • Ability to identify root causes of product or data issues and coordinate resolution across engineering teams
  • Strong business process analysis and system analysis capabilities
  • Self-starter with proactive communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases and gaps in product behavior
  • Proficient English (written and verbal)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) or healthcare IT environments
  • Experience working in enterprise software environments with multiple stakeholders and complex deployments
  • Familiarity with database concepts, data models, APIs, or analytics platforms
  • Exposure to machine learning or LLM-based systems

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and manage product backlog items including features and user stories in collaboration with Product Management and engineering teams.
  • Work closely with Product Management to translate strategic priorities into well-defined development work.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between product, engineering, and data teams to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment on solutions.
  • Facilitate design and development discussions across product, engineering, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Provide timely feedback to development teams during sprints on work-in-progress.
  • Support UAT and validation of analytics outputs, ensuring results align with expected product behavior.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot product and analytics issues impacting customers, including data discrepancies and system behavior in deployed environments.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve product functionality, usability, and reliability based on customer feedback and operational insights.
