Join us in shaping a large-scale, complex rental system that serves corporate clients worldwide, including some of the largest construction companies. This mission-critical system generates approximately 1 million CHF in revenue each month, making it a high-impact platform with global significance. For the past five years, the GlobalLogic team has been the primary vendor, working closely to support the IT infrastructure of a leading Swiss-based rental provider. Our environment combines SAP S/4HANA with middleware built on Java microservices, offering a dynamic, technologically rich landscape. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a globally impactful system, work on strategic projects, and collaborate with teams across multiple regions.

必要条件

Technical Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in classical ABAP development, with hands-on experience in S/4HANA (preferably within the SAP SD module).
• Strong expertise in high-quality coding and documentation practices.
• Solid understanding of architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience with the Enhancement Framework in the SD area, including user exits, customer exits, BADIs, pricing routines, and copy controls.
• Advanced classical ABAP skills: best practices, dependency management, dialog programming, object-oriented programming, modularization, integration methods, performance optimization, debugging, and clean code principles.
• Familiarity with modern ABAP syntax, Core Data Services (CDS) views, and OData services.
• Awareness of and interest in new SAP technologies (BTP, RAP, CAP, Fiori, SAP Public Cloud); practical experience is a plus.

• Strong understanding of SAP SD business processes and related modules.

職務内容

As part of our team, you will support and enhance our SAP S/4HANA solutions while continuously implementing new features and functionalities.

• Deliver high-quality classical ABAP development, including object-oriented programming and bug resolution.
• Work with modern SAP technologies such as CDS views, RAP, and Fiori applications, including OData v2 and v4 integrations.
• Engage in end-to-end technical and business discussions, providing technical ownership of solutions alongside SAP consultants.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business teams, IT, and technology vendors within a fast-paced, strategic program.
• Participate in Agile development practices and contribute as a senior engineer to both technical and functional decisions.
• Be open to learning new SAP technologies through internal programs and self-driven initiatives.
