必要条件

Experience:

• Well-versed in programming languages – TypeScript (Ruby/Rails, Javascript, Go, or Python are Plus).
• Competent in testing knowledge (Playwright, Cypress, API testing, Contract Testing, PactFlow, etc.).
• Good background in Software Quality concepts, processes, and testing types.
• At least 2+ years of related experience required, ideally with 1+ years of technical automation testing/framework experience.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with distributed remote teams.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and test strategy/plan development for web-based applications; ex: UI, API, and performance testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices
• Good understanding of Service Oriented Architecture.
• Experience with client-side performance optimization, security, and accessibility.
• Engineering practices such as refactoring, TDD, CI/CD, pair programming, and code reviews.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

職務内容

• Hands-on experience of creating test automation code for various types of testing (component, integration, end-to-end, functional and non functional.
• Set up test automation frameworks from scratch and develop proofs of concept with minimal supervision. Implement or enhance frameworks that can be utilized for automation purposes.
• Contribute to ongoing test automation work within the Quality Engineering team.
• Write scalable, performant, maintainable code.
• Measure and report test automation metrics, including code, function, and test case coverage.
• Operate autonomously, even within a loosely defined scope.
• Require very little oversight beyond high ­ level direction.
• Shows initiative beyond knocking tasks off a list and is able to identify their own areas of future work for themselves and their team.
• Own end-to-end responsibility for projects of increasing complexity.
• Make iterative changes to development and production environments successfully.
• Champion of the best Quality Engineering practices.
• Proactively drive initiatives to improve the current best practices.
• Work closely with technical and subject matter experts to deliver class-leading products.
• Work effectively within a team environment, to regularly solicit and act on feedback, focus on root causes, and continually strive to improve.
• Review code throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Leverage your technical skills to bolster and expand our Quality team’s effectiveness.
• Create tools that can be used by others.
• Make sure the product is reliable, scalable, and performant.
• Take part in software design discussions and planning discussions.
