Our Product- Technical business analyst ensures to translate of business requirements into
technical artefacts closer to a technical audience to comprehend. Responsible for effectively
managing API implementations, enhancements, and customer support. Monitoring and
administering technical idea submission requests. This role will be aligned under the Business
Solutions & Consulting (BSC) job group.

You’ll spend time on the following:
● Analysis of acceptance criteria to form a bridge between business and technical
teams.

● Interpret and design data models.
● Define all the technical terms used in data.
● Identifying data mapping fields for validations, warnings, alerts, data binding, etc.
● Managing API implementations, enhancements, and customer support effectively.
Uncovering the interactive scenarios between the APIs.
● Draft APIs, simple algorithms, and data structures without coding.
● Detailed analysis, documentation, and enhancements of user stories.
● Impact analysis of the existing APIs & communicating impacts and change
management activities to the team.
● Negotiating the scope with PO based on various factors like team skill, resource
availability, number of resources, and enough training provided.
● First point of contact for conflict resolution from a business standpoint.
● Support the UAT by confirming the correctness of previously elicited requirements
and improvement on future projects.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

● You have a track record of delivering impactful software, ideally on a collaborative software delviery team and stong experience in working with sales organization in bid management , proposal submission, Candidates assessment and profile mapping in IT Staffing deals. 

● You have attention to detail, a practical approach to the day-to-day work of storywriting and delivery, and can draw a line directly from an overarching client strategy
to your team’s outcomes.
● You are well versed in Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies.
● You understand how businesses operate and have experience in modelling business
processes using a variety of tools and techniques to facilitate requirement elicitation
sessions.
● Strong communication skills, listens and shares information.

● Relevant Technology 2-3 yrs. of Experience along with B.Tech in Computer Science
or equivalent stream.
● The candidate must have 9+ yrs. of working experience in the same or an equivalent
