Join our team working on the Platform Portal, which is a web-based application built with Angular.io and Node.js/Nest.js. The project focuses on enhancing and extending existing portal capabilities to deliver a richer, customer-centric experience.

Key objectives include:

• Enabling customers to view their own subscriptions and invoices
• Allowing customers to create new subscriptions from existing product offerings
• Supporting quote acceptance and payment method configuration
• Integrating the price calculator for streamlined purchasing

This role involves developing new modules within the current portal and integrating them with existing backend services, including billing systems and internal APIs related to billing and access control.

必要条件

• 8+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or Engineer.
• Strong expertise in UX and UI design principles, usability standards, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to mediate between multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical requirements into logical, user-friendly interfaces.
• Skilled in prototyping, wireframing, and design specification (static and interactive).
• Solid experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of typography, data visualization, and responsive design principles.
• Strong technical knowledge of web and mobile design paradigms across devices and platforms.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage design tasks proactively.
• Experience in B2B product design and comfort with technically complex solutions.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing UX and UI design for web and mobile products.
• Excellent command of English.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to collect and evaluate user requirements.
• Create user flows, storyboards, process diagrams, and sitemaps to visualize design solutions.
• Design intuitive UI components such as menus, tabs, widgets, and search fields.
• Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes that clearly convey site functionality and aesthetics.
• Design and present unique visual concepts and graphic elements.
• Prepare and deliver design drafts for internal review and stakeholder approval.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve UX issues through user feedback and usability testing.
• Apply and maintain style consistency across typography, color, and imagery.
