必要条件

• Requirements Engineering: Proven ability to analyze, process, and transform complex customer needs into clear, concise system requirements.
• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role, specifically within the automotive sector.
• Technical Documentation: Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications for embedded automotive modules (including UML modeling).
• SDLC Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle processing.
• Communication: English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level; must be confident in leading technical discussions and interacting with stakeholders.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams (Dev, Test, Arch).

Nice to Have :

• AUTOSAR Knowledge: Familiarity with AUTOSAR architecture (Classic) and related methodology.
• Industry Standards: Basic understanding of ASPICE or ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) standards.
• Tooling: Experience with requirements management tools like CarWeaver, SystemWeaver, IBM DOORS or Jama, and task management in Jira.
• Communication Protocols: Practical knowledge of automotive protocols such as CAN, LIN, or Ethernet.

• Requirement Lifecycle: Drive the analysis of customer needs and translate them into actionable software requirements.
• Development & Maintenance: Oversee software components to ensure full alignment with technical specifications.
• Collaborative Design: Partner with Architects and Developers to shape new features and system enhancements.
• Quality Assurance: Support testing and validation phases to ensure the final product meets all “Definition of Done” criteria.
• Peer Excellence: Participate in code and documentation reviews to maintain high quality and industry best practices.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software issues and integration challenges under the guidance of senior experts.
• Agile Mindset: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous team improvement.
