We are seeking a Full Stack UI Lead with strong expertise in React and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to design and develop end-to-end scalable solutions. This role requires hands-on leadership in front-end and back-end development, ensuring high-performance UI components while maintaining seamless backend integrations and system architecture.

必要条件

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of software development experience in React, including 5+ years in AEM.
  • Strong expertise in React, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of AEM workflows, Sling models, OSGi services, and HTL (Sightly).
  • Hands-on experience integrating front-end applications with backend services.
  • Proficiency in building RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices-based architectures.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good to have: Experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) for backend development.
  • Adobe Experience Manager certification.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.
  • Exposure to headless CMS architectures and component-based UI design systems.

  • Architect, design, and implement React-based UI solutions within an AEM framework.
  • Develop and enhance AEM components, templates, Sling models, and OSGi services.
  • Ensure seamless front-end and back-end integration, leveraging RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
  • Drive full-stack best practices, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to enhance user experience.
  • Implement responsive and adaptive designs for cross-platform compatibility.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and establish development standards.
  • Stay ahead of emerging front-end and backend technologies, driving innovation.
