We are looking for a versatile and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong background in production database administration to join our Cloud Delivery Services team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-availability environments and enjoys solving complex infrastructure and application reliability challenges across databases, web servers, and deployment pipelines.

 

Required Qualifications:

6+years of experience
•
Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server administration and performance tuning.
•
Deep knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, and Active Directory.
•
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
•
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Octopus Deploy and Jenkins.
•
Familiarity with AWS infrastructure, especially RDS, EC2, and related services.
Preferred Qualifications:
•
Background in Site Reliability Engineering or similar roles focused on production system health.
•
Experience implementing monitoring and alerting systems.
•
Knowledge of cloud security and compliance best practices.

職務内容

•Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of production SQL Server databases and associated infrastructure.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, and cloud-hosted environments.
•Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Octopus Deploy and Jenkins.
•Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline operations and incident response.
•Monitor and support AWS services including RDS, EC2, and other data-related components.
•Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to improve system resilience and deployment efficiency.
•Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts for production systems.
