They work with global agencies and clients/brands to transform the value of data by combining technology, data, and analytics capabilities. They deliver this through a complex AI-enabled media and data platform for the next era of advertising. The client is endlessly curious. We are looking for a:

• Open-minded team player with a passion to experiment
• Independent person, who can plan own work and make time estimates
• Someone who is not afraid to ask tough questions and validate ideas with others
• A person who can give constructive critique and is open to receive one too
• Someone who understand that “good enough” it is not just a slogan

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of professional experience as UX / UI / Product Designer or similar roles
• Experience in conducting research, workshops and working with business
• Experience in cooperation with development teams
• Portfolio with demonstrated UX and UI design solutions (especially with digital products)
• Experience in using following tools – Figma (must), Sketch, AdobeXD, Miro, Jira
• Knowledge of design principles and up-to-date trends and inspirations
• Very good communication skills
• Effective and fluent communication in English (written and spoken)
• Effective time management and setting right priorities
• AGILE/SCRUM framework familiarity

職務内容

• Create designs (from low to high fidelity) in close cooperation with development teams
• Build intuitive and engaging user interfaces according to user needs, business requirements and technical constraints
• Create clear and informative data visualizations
• Plan and conduct research at each stage of the development
• Prepare interactive prototypes
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders and product teams
• It is required to visit the office in Warsaw and meet the team once per quarter
