必要条件

Sólido conocimiento del .NET Framework.
Experiencia en desarrollo Back-End.
Conocimientos en desarrollo Front-End (deseable).
Dominio avanzado de SQL Server, incluyendo diseño y optimización de Stored Procedures.
Experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones asincrónicas (deseable).
Conocimiento en implementación y mantenimiento de servicios de Windows.
Experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones web.
Experiencia previa como Líder Técnico, guiando equipos de desarrollo.

職務内容

Refinar historias de usuario, incorporando detalles técnicos relevantes.
Negociar y alinear requerimientos con los stakeholders del negocio.
Estimar el esfuerzo técnico de las historias de usuario.
Actuar como referente técnico para un equipo de 10 desarrolladores y 3 testers.
Realizar revisiones de código y de diseños de soluciones.
Elaborar diseños técnicos detallados.
Gestionar despliegues en ambientes de QA y Producción.
Realizar merge de código y asegurar su calidad.
Priorizar el backlog técnico en colaboración con el equipo.
