We are seeking a versatile Hybrid TPM/Scrum Master to join the Product Technology team, specifically aligned
with the “Continuum” Product Team. This role is designed to bridge the gap between business strategy and
technical execution.
This person will be a key player in driving customers along our product continuum—spanning from PLCC upgrades
to the launch of our newest initiative: Loan to Revolve Upgrades/Transfers. While primarily focused on Technical
Program Management, this person will serve as a “floater” capable of providing Scrum Master support should
unexpected capacity constraints arise within the Business & Commercial train.

Technical & Process Knowledge:
● Strong understanding of Internal Process Knowledge over specific deep-stack coding (the area is less
technical but highly procedural).
● Proficiency in technical story writing and roadmap visualization.

Soft Skills:
● The “Bridge”: Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical actions.
● Curiosity: A proactive learner who is eager to master the “Continuum” domain.
● Adaptability: Comfortable shifting between high-level program management and granular team-level
Scrum coaching.

職務内容

● Technical Product or Program Management: Fill critical gaps in Tech Solutioning, Business Analysis,
and high-level program execution.
● Product Delivery: Drive the 2026 objectives, including the execution of committed upgrade campaigns
and the launch of Loan to Revolve Upgrades on the Vista/Account Manager platforms.
● Agile Facilitation: Act as Scrum Master for 1x Business/Commercial dApply team, facilitating
ceremonies, removing blockers, and managing technical story writing.
● Cross-Team Coordination: Manage complex cross-team dependencies and roadmap delivery to ensure
seamless product graduation (e.g., Standard Cobrand to Premium Cobrand).
● Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary bridge between business and technology teams,
adapting communication styles to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
