GlobalLogic is looking for a Technical User Support Analyst to provide voice-based technical support in a call center/help desk environment. The role involves supporting healthcare IT systems, mobile devices, and end users including sales representatives, healthcare providers, and patients.

必要条件

  • 1+ years Technical Support Executives with excellent speaking skills in English
  • Excellent communication & soft skills – customer service & empathy, clear communication, active listening, and conflict resolution.
  • Operational & analytical expertise – problem solving, time management, organization, documentation, and adaptability.
  • Experience & availability – 2+ years in international voice, chat, and email support (Call Center, End-User Support, Healthcare IT, Mobile
  • Devices, Consumer Tech, ITSM/ServiceNow); ready for 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo)
  • Must be willing to work from office & in 24X& shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
  • Immediate joiners are preferred

職務内容

  • Take inbound call center calls, make outbound calls requested by our customer. Respond to email generated tickets.
  • Troubleshoot device enrollments and registration, app installation, software/firmware errors, hardware errors, and OS configuration.
  • Triage and escalate support requests, infrastructure issues, and customer enhancement requests.
  • Coordinate with multiple internal departments to resolve customer issues (Deployment, Marketing, Repair, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.).
  • Test software and hardware in development and production.
  • Track every interaction with callers to ensure high accuracy of logging and documentation.
