Jan Babiak

Jan’s board service focuses on companies that have complex global systems with market-competitive, cutting-edge digital platforms. She currently sits on the Risk Committee and the Audit and Conduct Review Committee for Bank of Montreal, and she is Chair of the Audit Committee and a Finance Committee member for Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. Jan’s prior board service includes the Royal Mail and Logica plc. In 2017, she was named by <em>NACD Directorship</em> magazine as one of the most influential people in the boardroom community.

Prior to her work as a board member, Jan Babiak spent 28 years with Ernst &amp; Young in various board-level and global P&amp;L leadership roles in areas such as Technology Security &amp; Risk Services, Regulatory &amp; Public Policy, and Climate Change &amp; Sustainability.

Jan holds a BBA in Accounting, an MBA, and has qualifications as a CPA, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and former Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP).
