Yuriy Yuzifovich

25 years after creating and putting his first machine learning algorithm into production for a FinTech company, Yuriy Yuzifovich joined GlobalLogic to bring his experience in technology consulting, entrepreneurship, data-driven product development, and AI to power the next phase of AI-driven growth. As GlobalLogic's CTO of Enterprise AI, Yuriy leads the AI ​​vision, strategy, and growth roadmap, incubates new technology capabilities, and plays a key role in partnering with GlobalLogic's enterprise customers.

Prior to GlobalLogic, Yuriy founded and led Alibaba Cloud, helping transform vast cloud data silos into actionable insights with value-added cybersecurity products and enhancing security for the Alibaba Group. Prior to Alibaba, he built AI engines for processing networked telecom data at Akamai, helping major internet service providers improve their defenses and unlock the value of data by launching security products, impacting 1 billion internet subscribers. Yuriy also volunteers for the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) on AI governance efforts.

After completing a master's degree in computer science, he continued his studies at Washington University in Saint Louis, Missouri, where he earned a master's degree in quantitative finance. Yuriy resides in Los Gatos and enjoys spending his free time hiking and fishing.
