Requirements

«- Advanced Excel Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including the regular use of VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex logical formulas for large-scale data manipulation and reconciliation.
– ERP/Billing System Expertise: Direct experience utilizing and navigating a major ERP or specialized billing platform (Oracle) for invoice generation and data extraction.
– Complex Data Reconciliation: Demonstrated ability to perform detailed, multi-source data reconciliation to validate usage data and subscription metrics against invoiced amounts.»

Job responsibilities

ensuring accurate revenue recognition by executing high-volume invoicing and performing complex, multi-system reconciliations of variable consumption and subscription data. You’ll be the key liaison between Finance, Sales, and Customer Success, requiring meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies within our complex billing models to maintain data integrity and support month-end close.
