Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

12+ years in technology, with 5+ years in AI/ML leadership roles.

Strong hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Deep understanding of ML algorithms, LLMs, and AI architecture.

Proven experience deploying AI solutions at scale.

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.

Exposure to AI governance and regulatory frameworks.

Experience in building AI CoE (Center of Excellence).

MBA or business leadership exposure is a plus.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
1. AI Strategy & Vision

Define and own the organization’s AI roadmap aligned with business goals.

Identify high-impact AI use cases across functions.

Drive AI-first thinking across the enterprise.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies (Generative AI, LLMs, automation, etc.) for adoption.

2. Leadership & Team Building

Build, mentor, and scale AI/ML/Data Science teams.

Establish best practices for model development, deployment, and governance.

Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.

3. AI Solution Architecture & Delivery

Oversee end-to-end AI solution lifecycle (ideation to production).

Ensure scalable ML/AI architecture and MLOps practices.

Lead implementation of NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and GenAI solutions.

Ensure responsible AI practices including ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance.

4. Stakeholder Management

Partner with business leaders to prioritize AI initiatives.

Present AI strategy and outcomes to executive leadership.

Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, and Data teams.

5. Governance & Risk

Define AI governance framework.

Ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance, and model transparency.

Monitor model performance and risk.
