Role Overview

We are looking for a Hands-on Architect who blends deep technical expertise across .NET, MERN, PHP, and Python ecosystems with AI-first engineering practices. This role is responsible for designing scalable systems, leading engineering excellence, and building AI-powered agents/tools to significantly improve developer productivity and SDLC efficiency.

The ideal candidate is not just an architect but a builder, innovator, and multiplier who can translate AI capabilities into real engineering impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Architecture & System Design
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures across multi-stack environments (.NET, MERN, PHP, Python)
Define microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native architectures
Establish best practices for API design, data modeling, and system integrations
Drive modernization initiatives (monolith → microservices, legacy → cloud)

2. Hands-on Development
Actively contribute to codebases across:

.NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)
MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
PHP (Laravel/Symfony)
Python (FastAPI/Django, AI frameworks)
Solve complex engineering problems, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges
Lead POCs and rapid prototyping

3. AI-Driven SDLC Acceleration
Design and implement AI agents and copilots to improve:

Code generation & refactoring
Test case creation & automation
Code reviews & static analysis
Documentation generation
Root cause analysis & debugging
Build custom AI workflows using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
Integrate AI into CI/CD pipelines and developer tools
Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across teams

 

4. Developer Productivity & Engineering Excellence
Define and track engineering productivity metrics (DORA, cycle time, etc.)
Introduce automation frameworks to reduce manual effort
Establish coding standards, review processes, and governance
Mentor teams in AI-first development mindset

 

5. Cloud & DevOps Enablement
Architect and implement solutions on Azure / AWS / GCP
Design CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Ensure observability (logging, monitoring, tracing)

 

6. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with product, business, and leadership teams to align architecture with business goals
Provide technical leadership in customer discussions and solutioning
Translate business problems into scalable AI-powered solutions

 

Core Technical Skills
10+ years of experience in software engineering with multi-stack exposure
Strong hands-on expertise in:

.NET Core / ASP.NET
MERN Stack (Node.js, React, MongoDB)
PHP frameworks (Laravel/Symfony)
Python (backend + AI/ML frameworks)

 

AI & Automation Expertise
Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering
Hands-on with:

OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Hugging Face
LangChain / Semantic Kernel / vector databases
Building developer productivity tools using AI
Understanding of RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning basics

 

Architecture & Design
Strong knowledge of:

Microservices & distributed systems
API-first design
Event-driven architectures
Security best practices

 

DevOps & Cloud
Experience with:

Azure / AWS / GCP
CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
Docker, Kubernetes
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, etc.)

 

Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and system thinking
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to mentor and uplift engineering teams
