Description

GlobalLogic is looking for an Indoor Mapping Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in indoor mapping and strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading and handling CAD files/floor plans, creating and digitizing indoor mapping features, and maintaining high-quality, fully operational indoor maps.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in reading, interpreting, and handling CAD files/floor plans accurately.
• Creating, digitizing, and categorizing indoor mapping features to develop high-quality maps.
• Maintaining and updating indoor maps regularly for accuracy and usability.
• Optimizing processes and providing feedback on tools and workflows.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated MarksMemo).
• Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs).
• Must be ready to join immediately.

Job responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and handle CAD files/floor plans accurately to ensure precise mapping and layout understanding.
• Create, digitize, and categorize indoor mapping features to develop high-quality, fully operational indoor maps.
• Maintain and update indoor maps for users regularly, ensuring accuracy and usability.
• Optimize processes and provide feedback on tools and workflows to improve efficiency and map quality.
• Participate in project forums and communicate effectively with stakeholders to share updates, insights, and collaborate on solutions.
