The project focuses on a development toolkit designed to streamline the creation and management of lightweight, task-specific frontend applications built on top of the client PLM platform. It provides developers with a comprehensive set of tools, boilerplate templates, and reusable UI components that simplify and accelerate the delivery of role-specific applications. These applications connect seamlessly to Innovator data through the Edge API and are tailored to meet the needs of end users such as shop floor operators, field engineers, and executives, offering them simplified and focused access to essential PLM data.

Requirements

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer with strong experience in web and API test automation to lead and expand our QA automation capabilities. This role focuses on building reliable and scalable automation frameworks while also contributing to API validation, database testing, and AI-driven test optimization.

As a senior member of the QA organization, you will help define testing strategy, establish automation standards, and ensure that our applications meet the highest quality standards across the entire product lifecycle.

The role involves direct involvement in the design, implementation and optimization of intelligent systems based on LLMs (Large Language Models), end-to-end automation and scalable infrastructures integrated with enterprise applications.

Must-Have Skills:

– custom CLI automation testing
– custom NPM libraries/packages automation testing (Node.js & TypeScript – for modern backend and orchestration.)
– ReactJS component automation testing, Storybook (not regular Web applications testing)
– REST API integration testing
– ability to prepare, analyze, and validate requirements!!!
– English Intermediate+
nice to have:
– AI / LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) – integration, fine-tuning, intelligent prompting
– cross-platform (Windows, Linux, OSX) CLI and npm packages testing

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining backend and frontend components for AI & automation platforms.
Creating and optimizing complex automated tests
Implementing and orchestrating AI workflows based on LLMs, embeddings and token management .
Integrating AI models with REST APIs, databases and existing web applications.
Working with relational databases for data processing and analysis.
Optimizing application performance and execution times in AI/automation processes.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for architectural design and integration of enterprise solutions.
Mentoring and guiding junior team members.

Bachelor’s degree in IT (Informatics, Cybernetics, Automation, Computers, Software Engineering or equivalent).
