Requirements

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst / Accountant to join a centralized billing and revenue operations team. This role sits within a Revenue Assurance function focused on improving revenue realization, profitability, and cash flow through process analysis, data quality, and system integration.

The team is responsible for billing customer-specific products and services across multiple global markets. You will work in a small, specialized billing team responsible for complex, contract-driven invoicing cycles (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc, and annual true-ups). The role requires close collaboration with global Finance, Sales, Portfolio, and Contracts teams, as well as direct interaction with customers.

This position combines operational accounting with business process analysis and continuous improvement, making it ideal for a professional who enjoys both financial accuracy and process optimization.

• 5+ years of experience creating, analyzing, and reporting data using analytical tools (advanced Excel or similar)
• 5+ years of experience extracting and aggregating data from multiple systems
• 5+ years of experience applying and developing process standards, guidelines, and tools
• Fluency in English
• 5+ years of relevant experience in an international accounting or finance environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; basic proficiency in Swedish
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle or equivalent)
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in business analysis involving large data sets, statistics, and reporting
• Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong work ethic, sense of ownership, and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills; self-motivated and independent

 

Job responsibilities

 

• Collect, analyze, document, and integrate requirements from multiple process owners
• Apply and recommend improvements to processes, data, and systems
• Use business systems and analytical tools to manage, synthesize, and interpret data
• Coordinate and conduct reviews of business process documentation
• Understand, apply, and develop process standards, guidelines, and tools
• Design business performance measures and predictive analytics tools
• Build multi-layered dashboards providing both summary and detailed views
• Support statutory compliance activities, including financial statements and audit preparation
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Review and control monthly results and ensure billing accuracy
• Act as a subject matter expert in key business initiatives supporting growth
• Participate in process, system, and regulatory improvements
