C# Automation Test Lead (Ranorex, QTP/UFT, FlaUI , Selenium)

Requirements

BDD Framework, C# + UI test automation (Ranorex, QTP/UFT, FlaUI , Selenium)

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using C#, Ranorex, and SpecFlow/Reqnroll.
Implement and maintain API automation frameworks using C# aligned with BDD practices.
Create, maintain, and enhance BDD feature files using SpecFlow/Reqnroll with well-structured Gherkin scenarios.
Integrate automation suites into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for continuous execution, reporting, and quality gate enforcement.
Modify and maintain YAML pipeline scripts based on evolving project requirements.
Implement tagging strategies, enable parallel execution, and maintain structured and meaningful test reporting.
Perform framework enhancements, code refactoring, and optimization to ensure stability, scalability, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot flaky tests, CI/CD pipeline failures, and environment-related automation issues.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to automation best practices, coding standards, and clean architecture principles.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on automation strategy and delivery.

Job responsibilities

7-10 years of experience in automation testing using BDD Framework, C# + UI test automation (Ranorex, QTP/UFT, FlaUI , Selenium)

strong hands-on experience with Ranorex for desktop UI automation, and API automation using C# . 

Practical experience with SpecFlow or Reqnroll and strong knowledge of NUnit.
Experience integrating automation into Azure DevOps pipelines with good understanding of YAML-based configurations.
Knowledge of Git workflows, modular framework design, and reusable architecture.
Strong debugging and analytical skills with excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities.
