We are looking for a person that have minimum 3 years in sales enablement, sales operations or commercial excellence for a fixed 6 months contract.
Proven experience as an admin for Gong (Gong administrator Certification preferred) and experience with USerGems or similar signal-based prospecting tools.
Ability to translate complex technical configuration into simple, actionable training for frontline sales teams and managers.
Technology Stack Optimization & Administration
Workflow Integration: Identify and implement automation, filtering, and integration improvements for Gong and UserGems Gong Configuration & Strategic Revamp
Core Feature Architecture: Build, audit, and maintain Gong «Smart Trackers,» Call Libraries, Scorecards, and Manager Dashboards.
Initiative Deployment: Execute a comprehensive «revamp» exercise of the current Gong environment to align with 2026 sales initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting: Configure advanced dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights into team performance and market trends.
User Adoption & Training Delivery
Curriculum Development: Design and centralize role-specific training materials and «Best Practice Guides» for all commercial functions (Sales, Account Management, and Leadership).
Onboarding: Own the tooling segment of the onboarding process, ensuring every new hire is proficient in the tech stack within their first two weeks.
Adoption Benchmarking: Monitor system usage metrics and execute targeted intervention strategies (re-training, office hours, or updated guides) for teams with low adoption rates.
Content Management & Documentation
Knowledge Base Maintenance: Ensure all internal documentation, FAQs, and «How-To» videos related to select commercial tools are current, searchable, and easily consumable.
Feature Release Management: Create and distribute «What’s New» briefs to the frontline teams whenever significant updates are pushed to Gong or UserGems.
