Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (Amazon EKS preferred).
Experience working with Grafana stack tools like Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Pyroscope, and Alloy.
Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Helm.
Experience in CI/CD automation and GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and GitHub Workflows.
Solid understanding of observability concepts including metrics, logs, traces, and profiling.
Experience scripting in Bash or Python for automation and monitoring.
Familiarity with container technologies (Docker) and microservices.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have:
Exposure to healthcare IT, PACS, or imaging informatics platforms.
Knowledge of compliance or regulatory requirements such as HIPAA.

Build and deploy infrastructure components on Amazon EKS using Terraform and Helm Charts.
Automate deployment pipelines using GitOps principles with ArgoCD and GitHub Workflows.
Develop and manage Grafana dashboards, alerts, and reporting for system and application monitoring.
Integrate observability tools with containerized applications and microservices.
Write scripts and automation logic to support monitoring, alerting, and data ingestion.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to metrics, logs, and traces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, SRE, Developers) to integrate observability into the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar technical role.

Good understanding of observability concepts: metrics, logs, traces, and profiling.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
Experience working with containers (Docker) and microservices environments.
Strong attention to detail, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to healthcare IT, PACS, or imaging informatics platforms.
