This project focuses on executing independent confirmation reviews of critical engineering artifacts to ensure strict compliance with the ISO 26262 functional safety standard. Operating entirely independently from development teams, experts evaluate a high volume of complex work products—such as safety concepts and test plans—within rigorous turnaround times using standard enterprise lifecycle management tools.

Job Description:

Functional Safety Expert responsible for carrying out FUSA artifacts reviews and assessments. The role requires expert knowledge of ISO26262 and Automotive industry.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Reviews Execution: Conducting independent verifications and safety assessments for development projects.
Safety Artifacts Assessment: Detailed evaluation of critical documentation, including:
Safety Plans
Functional and Technical Safety Concepts
Test Plans
Safety Case structures
Reporting & Recommendations: Performing analyses based on client-defined checklists and generating official Review Protocols complete with specific guidelines and recommendations.

Required Profile & Competencies
Documented, expert-level knowledge of the ISO 26262 functional safety standard.
Strong technical background enabling a deep understanding and evaluation of complex systems.
Ability to maintain objectivity, assertiveness in enforcing standards, and high meticulousness in analyzing technical documentation.
