Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to lead solution and architecture design across large- scale digital transformation engagements. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong client-facing and leadership skills, enabling the delivery of scalable, secure, and future-ready enterprise solutions.
As a senior technology leader within our IT Services organization, you will partner with global clients to define enterprise architectures, modernize legacy systems, and drive innovation leveraging cloud, AI/ML, and next- generation technologies.

Requirements

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
Experience: 18–23 years

Technical Expertise:
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (preferably AWS, also Azure/GCP).
• Strong understanding of microservices, API-led architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, and Python.
• Experience designing and implementing web-based and digital applications.
• Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB).
• Working knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI integrations (minimum 2+ years preferred).
• Familiarity with enterprise integration, data architecture, and security frameworks.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering within IT services, consulting, or large enterprise environments.
• Proven track record in leading architecture for large-scale distributed systems and enterprise solutions.
• Strong client engagement experience, including solutioning, estimation, and proposal support.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and lead initiatives across cross-functional and global teams.
• Innovative, result-oriented, and self-motivated professional with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, or technical papers.

Job responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise and solution-level architectures across strategic client programs.
• Lead end-to-end architecture for major transformation initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Partner with executive stakeholders, client leadership, and delivery teams to shape technology roadmaps and innovation strategies.
• Establish architectural standards, frameworks, and governance models across engagements.
• Drive modernization and digital transformation from legacy platforms to cloud-native architectures.
• Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to define solution blueprints, estimate efforts, and support RFP/RFI responses.
• Ensure all solutions address key non-functional requirements (availability, scalability, performance, configurability, security, and integration).
• Provide architectural guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to project teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies for clients.
• Contribute to organizational thought leadership through white papers, patents, and technical presentations.
• Maintain a holistic view of enterprise systems to ensure alignment of IT strategy with business vision.
