Description

  • Proper English language proficiency is a must for accurate documentation, communication, and international shipping paperwork.
  • 2-3 years of experience in warehouse receiving, inventory, or fulfillment (electronics preferred).
  • Proficiency with data entry and inventory systems (KIT Project or similar; Excel/Sheets).
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in model/serial number logging.
  • Basic TV testing knowledge (signal/input testing, HDMI/USB, Wi Fi setup, factory reset) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with international shipping basics (INCOTERMS, export docs, HS codes) is a plus.
  • Ability to lift/move TVs safely; use carts, pallet jacks; follow ESD and handling best practices.
  • Strong communication and customer service for internal distribution.

Requirements

  • Perform basic TV functionality checks (power-on, inputs/ports, display check, firmware/version).
  • Handle RMA/returns and warranty claims; track defective units and escalate issues.
  • Keep the receiving area organized; manage pallets, recyclables, and e-waste per policy.
  • Communicate status to stakeholders; resolve discrepancies and report damages promptly.
  • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, etc.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Austin, TX, is $45,000 to $50,000, and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good-faith estimate, and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.

Job responsibilities

  • Receive inbound TV shipments: verify quantities, inspect packaging, and record serial/model numbers.
  • Unbox TVs safely; capture and enter TV details (brand, model, serial, specs) into KIT Project and internal inventory systems.
  • Maintain accurate inventory logs, labels, and status updates (received, tested, allocated, shipped).
  • Prepare TVs for outbound international shipments: re-pack, protect, label, and generate documentation.
  • Coordinate shipping with carriers; create commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, and export paperwork as needed.
  • Distribute TVs to employees per approved requests; confirm eligibility/approvals and capture signatures/receipts.
