Description

The Manager will lead end-to-end project delivery and pre-sales activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives, managing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and supporting solutioning through research, stakeholder engagement, and tailored proposals.

Requirements

• Holds excellent academic credentials with over 13 years of experience in IT project and operations management.
• Extensive experience in leading and delivering large-scale engagements involving 350+ team members.
• Deep expertise in account management and resource management, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of talent across projects.
• Proven track record in AM and Project Manager roles, leading end-to-end project execution, strategic planning, and resource alignment to ensure timely, goal-driven delivery.
• Skilled in managing and aligning multiple stakeholders simultaneously, including clients, internal teams, and cross-functional leaders.
• Experienced in understanding business requirements and aligning them with the overall vision and strategy to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in operations management, process optimization, and implementing organizational change.
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve peak performance and support career development and succession planning

Job responsibilities

• Manage and oversee large-scale operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement overall delivery strategies aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to formulate operational and strategic roadmaps for multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead and facilitate team meetings, including issuing meeting agendas, capturing minutes, tracking action items, and driving resolution in collaboration with client and internal teams.
• Follow up on open actions, including task completions, document authorship, and approvals, ensuring adherence to project timelines and schedules.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues that impact business performance, while also recommending and implementing long-term solutions.
• Serve as a mentor and role model, providing leadership guidance and supporting development across all levels of management.
• Drive talent development, enhancing team skills, enabling career growth, and supporting succession planning to strengthen organizational depth.
• Champion operational excellence and partner with operations teams to drive continuous process improvement and optimize performance
