Description

2023 onwards, while enhancing the existing features, we are looking at rolling out new features such as capturing and continuously monitoring insurance information, leveraging data to provide a more responsive training program, and re-imagine Safety as a stand-alone product.

 

Requirements

• Proficient in both manual and automated testing
• Hands-on experience with RestAssured, Playwright, and/or JMeter (Note: having a developer background would be great)
• Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, Gitlab
• Familiar with integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Capable of designing comprehensive test strategies, writing clear test plans, and defining test coverage
• Highly self-motivated and proactive with a go-getter attitude
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
• Confident communicator — comfortable speaking up in meetings and asking questions
• Strong team player — collaborative, supportive, and actively contributes to team success
• Proven leadership abilities demonstrated through past roles and responsibilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.

Job responsibilities

The candidate must be independent and able to work within a small team. They should be capable of independently gathering information and defining issues on their own. While there will be a supervisor available for guidance, the candidate is expected to take initiative by exploring resources such as Datadog, identifying problems, and conducting thorough investigations.
