Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in a management role including healthcare domain.
  • This position operates in a hybrid work model, combining both remote and on-site work to enhance flexibility and collaboration.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated project management skills with a foundational understanding of methodologies.
  • Advanced client interfacing skills, showcasing the ability to manage expectations effectively.
  • Basic knowledge in developing business cases that align with strategic goals.
  • Foundational stakeholder management skills to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Basic team leadership and people management experience, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare and medical devices sector, understanding industry-specific challenges.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of mobile application development for Android and iOS platforms.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services and their applications in project management.
  • Basic understanding of Azure and its role in enhancing project delivery.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Lead project teams to ensure effective execution of strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their professional growth.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Support the development of business cases and project proposals.
  • Assist in stakeholder management to ensure all parties are informed and engaged.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the organization and network with peers.
