Description

Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders across the company.
Take and maintain meeting notes from meetings and communicate out to the core team.
Create and maintain an action item registry with roles/responsibilities, tasks, risks, and follow-ups.  PM will be expected to follow up and reach out on each activity to ensure completion.
Create and maintain project timeline with inputs from teams across the product/project.
Create and maintain project dependencies/interdependencies and create a risk mitigation plan and risk communication plan.
Measure project using various metrics.

Requirements

Create and maintain executive presentations, Gantt charts, action item registry, and other project management communication tools.
Collaborate with other project managers on the project to ensure alignment of schedule, action items, roles/responsibilities, and risks.
The goal is to have the PM manage the multiple products/projects the team is working on; maintain a schedule, list of open items, risks, metrics, and be able to communicate that in a meaningful and timely manner.
Prioritize the tasks for the team.
Good understanding of Architecture Principles.
