Requirements

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the engineering execution of the AI-driven market intelligence platform — a unified data and analytics environment that integrates internal and external data sources to deliver actionable insights across strategic, segment, and business unit levels.

The ideal candidate is a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in managing cross-functional engineering teams (backend, frontend, data, DevOps, and ML), driving platform-level architecture decisions, and ensuring technical alignment across multiple stakeholders (including vendors, partners).

This role combines project management leadership, delivery management, and business alignment — balancing strategic direction, engineering excellence, and predictable delivery in a highly dynamic multi-vendor environment.

Requirements:

• Advanced Project Management and Agile Delivery Expertise.
• Act as the primary Agile champion for the engineering teams, facilitating key ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure optimal flow and team alignment.
• Proactively identify and resolve or escalate critical impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner on backlog prioritization, grooming, and release planning, while continuously fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and self-organization within the delivery teams.
• Demonstrated capability to rigorously apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and lead delivery teams within complex, fast-paced development environments (AI/ML and Data Platform).
• Must possess a strong understanding of multi-vendor program governance, quality assurance (QA) processes—including requirements traceability and critical dependency management—and the ability to implement continuous improvement practices (Retrospectives, Lessons Learned).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in technical or delivery management roles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale AI / Data / Cloud platform programs involving multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of modern SDLC methodologies (Agile, CI/CD, DevSecOps) and distributed system design principles.
• Demonstrated experience in multi-vendor program governance, including delivery coordination, RACI ownership, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to interface effectively with both engineering and executive audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities in complex delivery environments.
• Experience in managing globally distributed teams.
• Experience in cross-organization alignment (client–vendor–partner triangle).

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Market Intelligence, Data Analytics, or AI-driven platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, or enterprise data ecosystems.
• Experience in cross-organization alignment (client–vendor–partner triangle).
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications are a plus.

Job responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery Excellence: Drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams (data ingestion, backend, frontend, ML integration, UX). Establish strong coordination with Product, Architecture, and DevOps leads.

Cross-Team Alignment: Manage dependencies across internal and external teams. Lead coordination of milestones, risks, and change management to maintain synchronization across all partners.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as a senior engineering counterpart for client stakeholders, ensuring transparency, accountability, and clear communication on progress, blockers, and technical decisions.

Resource & Capacity Planning: Own capacity planning and workload distribution across engineering domains. Anticipate resource constraints, propose mitigation plans, and support staffing decisions.

Quality & Risk Management: Monitor engineering performance through metrics and KPIs. Identify risks early, ensure mitigation steps are tracked, and maintain quality assurance across all deliverables.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Promote automation, reusable components, and AI-assisted engineering practices. Encourage continuous improvement through lessons learned and engineering retrospectives.

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and nurture a strong engineering culture. Provide mentorship to technical leads and senior engineers, fostering growth, ownership, and accountability.
