We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the engineering execution of the AI-driven market intelligence platform — a unified data and analytics environment that integrates internal and external data sources to deliver actionable insights across strategic, segment, and business unit levels.
The ideal candidate is a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in managing cross-functional engineering teams (backend, frontend, data, DevOps, and ML), driving platform-level architecture decisions, and ensuring technical alignment across multiple stakeholders (including vendors, partners).
This role combines project management leadership, delivery management, and business alignment — balancing strategic direction, engineering excellence, and predictable delivery in a highly dynamic multi-vendor environment.

Project Leadership & Delivery Excellence: Drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams (data ingestion, backend, frontend, ML integration, UX). Establish strong coordination with Product, Architecture, and DevOps leads.
Cross-Team Alignment: Manage dependencies across internal and external teams. Lead coordination of milestones, risks, and change management to maintain synchronization across all partners.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as a senior engineering counterpart for client stakeholders, ensuring transparency, accountability, and clear communication on progress, blockers, and technical decisions.
Resource & Capacity Planning: Own capacity planning and workload distribution across engineering domains. Anticipate resource constraints, propose mitigation plans, and support staffing decisions.
Quality & Risk Management: Monitor engineering performance through metrics and KPIs. Identify risks early, ensure mitigation steps are tracked, and maintain quality assurance across all deliverables.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Promote automation, reusable components, and AI-assisted engineering practices. Encourage continuous improvement through lessons learned and engineering retrospectives.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and nurture a strong engineering culture. Provide mentorship to technical leads and senior engineers, fostering growth, ownership, and accountability.
