Are you an organized professional with a talent for streamlining processes and supporting team management? Do you have some experience in coordination and want to take the next step by working closely with a Project Manager? We are looking for a proactive Project Support Coordinator to act as a bridge between management and operations.

The Role:
In this position, you will be the key support for our Project Manager, helping to oversee daily operations and ensuring that the team stays on track. We are looking for someone who already understands project workflows and is ready to take on responsibility for coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and maintaining high delivery standards.

Key details:
Location: Remote

Working Hours: Standard business hours (Monday-Friday).

Requirements

  • Previous experience in similar position,
  • Ability to build strong relations with Management/co-workers,
  • Ablility to analyze and solve problems with various stakeholders with minor or without supervision,
  • Good skills in using office equipment and good knowledge of MS Office tools,
  • Customer oriented, goal-oriented, focused on details,
  • Team player with good interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude,
  • Very Good written and verbal communication skills both in Polish and English or other language required by the project,
  • Quick learner with ability to pass knowledge and to complete a large volume of work quickly,
  • Ability to manage own workflow and project workflow with minor supervision.

Job responsibilities

  • Exceeding beyond core project rules, proposing and executing improvements to tasks and tools provided
  • Keeping high standards of work in accordance with project’s SLA, including the quality and quantity of work within whole projet, taking ownership for full service provided, based on collaboration with teammates from other location.
  • Based on collected data, training materials, documentation, reports conducting deep analysis and propose solutions.
  • Adjusting to constant business and technology changes, leading by example, showing professional approach to work and project knowledge credibility.
  • Delivering results in a timely manner and in line with defined expectations. Supporting other team members in their tasks.
    Cooperation with teams both internally and externally in different locations (eg. India, USA) to exchange information and achieve common team and project goals; presenting data, delivering analysis and trainings.
  • Estimating onboarding process duration and readiness of new employee to start work, proactively communicating all issues that may have an impact on indicated start date.
  • Contact with client on program and project meetings.
  • Working in line with Employer’s regulations, policies and procedures
  • Proactively undertaking additional tasks that originates from business need
  • Defining KPIs regarding performance with a wider outlook on the project [cross Streams], analysing, confronting ideas with different locations and executing results with objective and non-bias approach. Giving feedback based on project performence data.
  • Coordinating work of sub-teams such as : QA team, Training team, Testing team.
