We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with strong experience in cloud technologies, Linux, SQL, and application troubleshooting to support modern, distributed systems.
What will you do
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of software systems, cloud architectures, and distributed applications.
• Monitor application and system health using logging and monitoring tools; analyze logs to identify and resolve issues.
• Interact with and troubleshoot REST APIs using tools such as Chrome DevTools, Postman, cURL, and Swagger.
• Read, understand, and debug application code written in Python or C#.
• Work extensively in Linux environments, performing system analysis, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Query and manage relational databases using SQL to investigate data-related issues.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to resolve incidents and improve system reliability.
• Support cloud-based applications and services, ensuring availability, performance, and scalability.
We are looking for
• Strong understanding of cloud technology and modern software architectures (monolithic, microservices, etc.).
• Experience reading and understanding code in Python or C#.
• Ability to trace issues through code and system logs.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux (commands, processes, networking, permissions).
• Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Strong SQL skills for querying and troubleshooting data issues.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms and their core services (compute, storage, networking).
• Solid understanding of monitoring, alerting, and logging concepts and tools.
• Nice to Have: Experience with SIEM/SOAR tools and security monitoring workflows. Exposure to incident response,
automation, or reliability engineering practices.
• Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo)
• Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
• Must be ready to join immediately
