GlobalLogic is seeking a dynamic and results driven Team Lead to manage and drive performance for a large team of editors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering business goals aligned with client SLAs while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and team engagement.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in GIS with a focus on lane-level mapping and road network data.
  • Worked on creating, editing, and validating lane maps to ensure high accuracy for navigation and routing applications.
  • Performed quality checks and audits on lane attributes such as direction, connectivity, restrictions, and geometry.
  • Manage and lead teams of up to 60 editors, ensuring productivity and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Deliver on SLAs while maintaining high-quality reporting metrics and performance tracking.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with strong contextual understanding of tasks and client requirements.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and meetings to share updates on performance, new products, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor escalations, provide coaching, and deliver constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings covering performance reviews, self-appraisals, and quarterly evaluations using stack ranking.
  • Show enthusiasm for learning new concepts and effectively communicate them to both team members and clients.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, including confidence, positive attitude, and professional behavior in all situations.
  • Analyze real-time challenges, identify solutions quickly, and proactively communicate them to leadership.
  • Handle sensitive situations with sound judgment and effective decision-making.
  • Lead teams proactively under pressure, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Operate with high energy, adaptability, and flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Drive the team to achieve business goals in alignment with client-defined SLAs, including quality, individual productivity, team production, shrinkage, tool utilization, and turnaround time.
  • Utilized GIS tools to analyze spatial data and resolve mapping discrepancies in real-time scenarios.
  • Maintained detailed documentation and reports for mapping tasks and quality performance.
  • Maintain, create, and validate daily process reports to ensure accuracy and transparency in performance tracking
  • Review daily tasks and prioritize them effectively based on business requirements and deadlines.
  • Allocate work to team members, consistently follow up on progress, and identify key challenges, implement timely solutions to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and provide actionable feedback to improve overall performance and adherence to standards.
