GlobalLogic seeking a Technical Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience, specializing in K2 Management and business process automation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Active Directory, networking, and SQL, along with proven experience integrating solutions across Microsoft platforms such as Active Directory, and SQL Server.
• Design, build, and deploy business process automation solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot K2 Identity Synchronization, Security Labels, Roles, and Claimsbased Authentication
• Integrate K2 workflows with external systems such as SharePoint, SQL Server, REST/SOAP APIs,
Active Directory, and enterprise CRM/ERP platforms
• Use tools like SmartObject Service Tester and K2 Management for testing, diagnostics, and
configuration
• Monitor and optimize workflow performance; troubleshoot runtime and deployment issues
• Apply Fix Packs and Service Updates to maintain and upgrade K2 environments
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production support, and post-deployment
troubleshooting
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams on complex escalations.
• Document resolutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases and customer-facing articles.
• Communicate professionally with customers through email, ticketing systems and remote
support sessions.
Design, build, and deploy business process automation solutions using K2 Five and/or K2 Cloud
Develop and maintain K2 SmartForms, SmartObjects, Views, Workflows, and Service Brokers
Configure and troubleshoot Identity Synchronization, Role/Group resolution, and user profile integrations
Integrate K2 with external systems such as SharePoint, SQL Server, REST/SOAP APIs, Active Directory, and CRM/ERP platforms
Optimize workflow performance and troubleshoot runtime issues
Monitor, maintain, and upgrade K2 environments as needed, including applying Fix Packs or Service Updates
Participate in UAT, production support, and post-deployment troubleshooting activities
