Requirements

• We need a sharp, detail-oriented Technical Writer to help our developers organize their thoughts and documents. If you are a perfectionist who loves making complex info easy to read, this is for you.
• Write and polish technical docs like System Design Documents (SDD).
• Work with engineers to turn “dev-speak” into clear, structured manuals.
• Keep all internal and external guides accurate and up to date.
• Research how our tools work to explain them clearly to others.
• Handle routine editing to ensure everything meets high quality standards.

Job responsibilities

• Excellent English: You write clearly, correctly, and professionally.
• Technical Mindset: You aren’t afraid of code and understand how software is built.
• Writing Experience: You’ve written for a developer audience before.
• Organization Skills: You can take a mess of info and put it into a logical flow.
• Focus: You are comfortable with routine work and have a “perfectionist” eye for detail.
• Teamwork: You are easy to talk to and enjoy helping the team succeed.
• Basic understanding of APIs and the software dev life cycle.
