Requirements

  • Mandatory knowledge of German language (min. B2 level or higher)
  • Knowledge of English (min. B2 level or higher)
  • Analytical thinking
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines
  • Good hands and eye coordination for annotation
  • Attention to detail

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing support and resolving inquiries
  • Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs
  • Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project data
  • Working in the ticketing system
