Job Responsibilities

• Reviewing and updating internal policies, procedures and documents to ensure compliance with the labor law;
• Process and communicate Ukraine labour law updates in order to advise the management on recommended policy updates to ensure proper compliance;
• Draft and negotiate employment related contracts and employment agreements;
• Design and aadjust on regalar basis staff table and job descriptions;
• Stay up to date on labor law, regulations and the legal implications of industry trends to develop and drive processes;
• Manage legal risk and provide solution for resolving employment disputes;
• Manage and proceed with all employee life cyle
• Play role of Ukrainian HR local specialist
