Description

GlobalLogic is seeking a proactive and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will independently build, maintain, and enhance real-time, actionable data visualizations that align with evolving business needs. You’ll play a key role in empowering teams with data-driven insights through dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio.

Requirements

• Analyze large datasets from various business systems to extract actionable insights.
• Design and develop dynamic dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic business initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate data from CRM, ERP, and other systems into BI platforms.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, and aggregation to ensure consistency and reliability of reports.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Present key findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive performance improvements.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and security across all BI outputs.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of dashboards and reports for scalability and responsiveness.
• Manage timelines and deliver BI projects within agreed scopes and deadlines.
• Train business users on how to navigate and interpret BI tools, dashboards, and reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data accuracy and tool functionality.

Job responsibilities

• 3+ years’ Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data analysis, Power BI or Tableau.
• Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics is a bonus.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo)
• Must be willing to work from office & in APAC Shift Timings (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
• Must be ready to join immediately
