Role Summary

We are seeking a visionary Enterprise Architect with strong production-grade Java, modern front-end architecture, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise, and hands-on experience designing Agentic AI–based solutions.
This role will define enterprise-wide architecture and lead the adoption of autonomous, multi-agent AI systems integrated into core enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Agentic AI Strategy

Define enterprise architecture standards incorporating Agentic AI, LLM-driven workflows, and autonomous agents.

Identify business use cases suitable for agent-based automation (decision support, orchestration, workflow optimization).

Design human-in-the-loop and autonomous execution models.

Govern AI architecture to ensure scalability, safety, auditability, and compliance.

Agentic AI Solution Design

Architect multi-agent systems using:

LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)

Agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel)

Design agent roles, memory, planning, tool invocation, and orchestration.

Implement RAG pipelines, vector search, and long-term memory patterns.

Define fallback, confidence scoring, and escalation strategies for agents.

Backend Architecture – Java (Production Grade)

Design and govern Java-based enterprise platforms (Java 11/17+, Spring Boot).

Integrate Agentic AI services with backend systems using REST, gRPC, event-driven patterns.

Ensure performance, resilience, and observability for AI-augmented services.

Front-End Architecture (AI-Driven UX)

Architect front-end platforms using React / TypeScript.

Design AI-assisted user experiences:

Agent copilots

Conversational UIs

Real-time recommendations and automation triggers

Ensure explainability, traceability, and UX consistency for AI outputs.

GCP Platform & AI Architecture

Design cloud-native architectures using:

Vertex AI (Gemini, Model Garden)

GKE, Cloud Run

BigQuery, Pub/Sub

Define model lifecycle management:

Prompt versioning

Model evaluation

A/B testing

Implement secure AI workloads using GCP IAM, VPC-SC, and Secret Manager.

Data, Memory & Knowledge Architecture

Architect vector databases (Vertex AI Vector Search, Pinecone, Weaviate).

Design knowledge ingestion pipelines from structured and unstructured data.

Ensure data lineage, PHI/PII masking, and governance.

Security, Compliance & Responsible AI

Implement Responsible AI principles:

Bias mitigation

Explainability

Safety guardrails

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2 (as applicable).

Design audit trails for agent actions and decisions.

DevOps, MLOps & AIOps

Define CI/CD for AI systems (prompts, agents, models).

Implement monitoring for agent behavior, drift, and hallucinations.

Enable rollback and kill-switch mechanisms for AI agents.

Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor architects and senior engineers in AI-first system design.

Partner with product, clinical/domain experts, and security teams.

Act as a strategic advisor on AI adoption and enterprise transformation.”

Requirements

“Required Skills & Experience
Must Have

12–18+ years in enterprise application development and architecture.

Strong hands-on Java experience in production systems.

Proven Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture and delivery experience.

Strong front-end architecture experience with modern frameworks.

Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and reliability.

Nice to Have

GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification.

Experience with Micro Frontends at scale.

Exposure to DDD, event-driven architecture, and GenAI on GCP (Vertex AI).

Experience in regulated domains (Healthcare, BFSI).”
