An AWS-based internal data mesh platform with approximately 100 data products providing complete vehicle history and analytics. The platform handles several hundred TiB of data, supports over 1500 global users, and enables efficient evaluation of vehicle events to help improve quality processes and customer experience.
Scrum Master – be a catalyst for team success, guiding teams and individuals in adopting and refining Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products efficiently. This role focuses on mentoring team members, facilitating Agile practices, and driving cultural shifts toward collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through sprints
Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Demonstrated experience in helping teams identify and resolve impediments
Familiarity with product development lifecycles and continuous discovery practices

Scrum Certifications
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
Coach team members on Agile practices and principles to improve team effectiveness and maturity
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clarity and prioritization of the product backlog
Actively identify, track, and help remove team impediments and organizational blockers
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Track and communicate key Agile metrics such as velocity, team capacity, and sprint burndown
Support cross-team coordination and help manage dependencies with other teams and stakeholders
Promote Agile best practices, tailoring them as needed to meet team and project goals
Serve as a point of contact for Agile process questions and guidance
