Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
• 3-5+ years Agile transformation and facilitation experience, working at Agile Team level (e.g. Scrum Master or Kanban Service Delivery Manager)
• Responsible for the transformation of multiple Agile teams simultaneously
• Responsible for set up of at least a new Agile Team
• Experience at several stages of team maturity, from inception to fast and adaptable delivery
• Coaching POs in effective techniques for work intake and backlog management
• Coaching team members in Agile practices
• Collaborate with the Product Leadership (team of teams) to enable team success
• Articulate and make visible the team’s impediments and the improvements needed to overcome them
• Articulate and make visible the risks to the Team’s plans and lead the team formulating an adequate response to them
• Agilist Community of Practice work leading team-level aspects of the overall transformation and continuous improvement
• Seek mentoring and coaching from more experienced Agile practitioners
• Support and mentor less experienced Agilists
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools
• Ability to facilitate and guide teams in adopting agile practices and improving collaboration
• Ability to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable and high-performing space for the time to thrive

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
• Facilitation of team level agile events, workshops, and coaching sessions
• Team level documentation of agile methodologies, templates, and outputs
• Product team delivery metrics & health reports
• Product team agile maturity & continuous improvement plans
Product Strategy, Vision, and Planning
• Owns and defines the agile best practices at the team level including objectives and key results, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and collaboration in partnership with the Product Owner
• Provides regular communication to product team and product stakeholders for transparency and awareness of team level outcomes and impediments
• Coaches Product Owner and team on agile ways of working, best practices, and mindset to support product management routines and build expertise across the team
• Serves as a transformational advocate who fosters the agile & product mindsets and challenges the status quo across their product team
Product Design and Development
• Advocates for a whole, healthy team and maintains the team roster, ensuring the team is staffed, persistent, and has the roles / skills required to achieve its objectives
• Shelters the team from distractions and helps to protect the sprints from disruption
• Partners with the Product Owner to confirm work is consistently scoped, planned, and prioritized in the product backlog and that teams are aligned to support successful delivery; also helps to refine acceptance criteria, MVPs, and the product backlog as a member of the team
• Manages risks and dependencies within and across teams to improve delivery and execution and manage the flow of value, in support of the Senior Agilist
• Owns team level agile events and practices such as daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, working agreements, team routines, and dependency maps
Performance Measurement and Optimization
• Creates and executes agile surveys and retrospectives at the team level which inform agile roadmaps, to gain maturity in ways of working
• Establishes and monitors team level agile metrics to improve the discovery and delivery of the team related to customer outcomes and continuous improvement
