Requirements

– Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills, with the ability to capture the audience’s attention from the start, frame the problem clearly, and guide the conversation toward meaningful outcomes.
– Proficiency in building compelling presentations, especially with minimalist, high-impact slides that focus the audience’s attention and support the overall message.
– Ability to visualize ideas quickly and clearly during live conversations, including sketching or drawing concepts on digital whiteboards or shared screens to support explanations in real time.
– Experience with visual notetaking and dialogue mapping techniques during meetings or workshops, helping structure discussions and capture insights in a meaningful and digestible way.
– Excellent command of “elevator pitch” communication – the ability to succinctly deliver a focused and engaging message, presenting complex ML/AI concepts in a concise and relatable format under time constraints.
– Advanced diagramming and conceptual visualization skills, including the ability to create clear and structured process flows, system architectures, or interaction maps during discussions or follow-ups.
– Fluency in ML & AI terminology and the ability to tailor explanations for different audiences (technical, business, executive) based on context and time availability.

– Willingness to travel regularly within the EU.

– Fluent in English. 

Job responsibilities

– Engaging with clients during presales to understand and analyze their needs for tailored AI solutions.
– Leading requirements gathering and analysis.
– Designing comprehensive solution architectures.
– Develop proof of concepts to evaluate and validate the design or solution.
– Serving as a technical and strategic advisor to clients and project teams.
– Lead and facilitate ML/AI strategic initiatives.
– Communicate and present to the senior leadership team.
– Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams for cohesive project planning.
