We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our program team. Your primary goal will be to design and deliver high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions, including data pipelines, machine learning models, and the necessary infrastructure (often cloud-based on Azure).

Requirements

As a Solution Architect, you will provide architectural leadership across multiple teams, ensure alignment with program objectives, and guide multinational delivery teams toward achieving shared goals. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to bridge business and technology at a program level.

• You should hold a degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. It will be important for you to dive deeply into the product domain.
• You will have at least 2–3 years of experience working as a hands-on architect, along with practical experience delivering AI solutions.
• We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect who excels at translating business goals into robust technical solutions. Because our clients rely on us to define both the what and the how, you will act as a trusted technical advisor rather than simply an executor.
• You will drive the entire lifecycle-from conceptualizing the architecture and creating Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to producing the diagrams and slide decks needed to secure client buy-in. We value architects who can take the lead in ambiguous environments, guiding non-technical stakeholders toward the right solution with clarity and confidence.
• You should have excellent knowledge of cloud and microservices architectures. Azure certification is preferred (AWS experience is acceptable, though we primarily work with Azure).
• You will need to collaborate with client-side architects, so you should be comfortable preparing PowerPoint presentations, documentation, and presenting them to clients.
• Experience in manufacturing, energy, or industrial domains is a plus.
• The possibility to travel is also a plus.

Job responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture design and governance across multiple development teams.
• Transform business requirements into architectural solutions, then work with software teams to translate them into actionable technical requirements.
• Maintain and evolve solution architecture, ensuring it remains aligned with enterprise architecture and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, senior managers, and Lead BAs to improve practices, processes, and delivery consistency.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to multinational teams to ensure architectural alignment and achievement of program goals.
• Oversee architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of delivered applications.
• Facilitate technical workshops and discussions with stakeholders to align on solution direction.
• Act as the key point of contact for architectural issues throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
