Description

We are starting a voice navigation project for the Slovenian market. We are looking for the support of a person who speaks Slovenian – it is a temporary contract. You will be responsible for completing audit processes which basically means that our tool will generate sample object names and your task will be to check whether the named objects in our database have the correct phonetic transcription. Of course, you will be trained by our team and will have access to the tools, equipment and documentation in order to complete these audits.

Do you want to know more? The Voice Phonetics product provides voice guidance during routing while using the navigation. The product itself requires the development of a set of Phonetic transcriptions and applicable software which will be installed to our internal environment and from which product extractions will occur on a quarterly basis as with most other our products. These phonetic transcriptions and software will be provided by the supplier we are already working with for several years.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Slovenian (native level preferred),
Very good English knowledge (min. C1),
Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications,
Extensive internet research skills,
Creative problem-solving and analysis skills,
Team player with good interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude,
Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and a passion for delivering great customer experience is required,
Experience in detail analysis reporting using qualitative and quantitative tools,
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

 

Job responsibilities

Adding content and maintaining large informational database websites,
Work with Slovenian and English languages,
Checking the quality of content and doing analysis of data quality,
Working on various data tools and generating information by doing online research,
Update, validation & quality assurance of the data,
Identification and verification of source authenticity,
Working on various domains/subject and multiple jobs.
