Corporate Social Responsibility does not only enables us being compliant under the Companies Act but also work towards overall brand building. The CSR projects are implemented through Not for profit organizations to create the social change in the communities we live in through various initiatives. Apart from that employee engagement through volunteering activites across CSR projects is also key focus area of CSR. The social contribution that GL does through CSR makes GL not only a socially responsible brand but also creates a strong connect between the employee and the company, taking ahead GL’s human centric culture.

Requirements

  • Masters in Social Work/ Rural management/ Development Studies/ any other relevant field
  • 7-12 yrs. of relevant work experience
  • Prior experience of working with NGOs/Corporate CSR
  • Understanding of CSR Act and compliances
  • Strong hold on documentation and communication 
  • Good Stakeholder and volunteer engagement skills 

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate with NGO partners in smooth implementation of CSR projects and ensure timely & quality reporting, data analysis, program and financial report etc.
  • Support NGO partners in developing outcome-oriented programs
  • Responsible for monitoring the project on a regular basis
  • Coordinate for third party assessments like, impact evaluations, baseline, end line studies as per requirement.
  • Documentation, program and financial MIS, data check and validation, development of annual CSR reports and other such requirements which might arise from time to time. Ensure updating and maintaining all CSR databases, shared drives etc.
  • Track the allocated CSR spend of partners to achieve compliance as per Govt. regulations
  • Identify and manage relationships with non-profit partners and maintain a pipeline of projects
  • Coordinate communications & branding activities for CSR like social media, videos & case studies, internal newsletter, CSR content on website or any such communication material as may be needed from time to time.
  • Drive employee engagement & participation across locations for all CSR initiatives and create momentum for CSR driven engagement by planning and executing the annual employee engagement calendar and other engagement platforms.
  • Strengthen engagement and involvement of core CSR team members
  • Regularly create platforms for recognizing employee volunteerism efforts in the internal & external platforms through R&R and other innovative initiatives.
  • Undertake any other activity as may be required from time to time
